OUR MISSION
DESIGNED FOR LONGEVITY, BUILT WITH INTEGRITY.
INTGR combines material innovation with artisan craftsmanship to create circular accessories, reducing fashion's reliance on animal and petroleum driven materials and dedicates a share of our revenue to social and environmental causes.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We know our sourcing and manufacturing decisions matter. We seek to empower the artisans and communities making our accessories, and to minimize environmental and social impact across our supply chain. We set high standards for labor practices and fair living wages with our manufacturing partners in Italy.
Why do we produce in Italy?
Manufacturing in Italy (EU) means our supply chain operates under EU labor law baselines:
- The Working Time Directive sets limits on working hours and guarantees rest periods for all workers.
- EU occupational health and safety directives require employers to assess workplace risks, put real preventive measures in place, and consult workers directly on health and safety decisions, not just meet a paperwork standard.
- Strong legal protections for collective bargaining and union rights help empower workers to take collective action against unjust labor practices.
- Italian law prohibits discrimination in hiring, pay, promotion, and training based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation, a legal backbone for equity that not every manufacturing region has.
This is a real, enforceable baseline most global manufacturing hubs don't offer. Our manufacturing partner operates as an artisan collective, and we work directly with them on production timelines and terms that respect the skill and time their work takes. We are also adding a non-discrimination and fair-treatment clause to our supplier purchase order terms, to ensure these same standards of fairness and respect apply across every partner we work with, not only where the law already requires it.
